Your choices for the day are many! You might choose to go swimming in the pool just steps from the villa, or stroll over to the beach or along the miles of pathways. Shopping is spectacular at the large designer outlet mall or other upscale shopping areas and local boutiques! World class golf facilities are nearby, and the area is loaded with numerous fun based activities and attractions! There are also numerous award winning restaurants throughout the region. You might just choose to relax at the villa area and beach, but you will not run out of activities if you choose to be active!
This beautiful villa in Destin, Florida has two condo units with a lockout door between them, so they can be rented separately or together. The upstairs unit can sleep up to 6 people, and the downstairs can sleep up to 7 people. It is perfect for families that want to vacation together, but still have a little privacy and have separate kitchens, washer and dryer, TVs, etc. See below for a listing of more of the amenities.
3551 Scenic Highway 98(Unit 11 A/B), across from James Lee Park, in the Crystal Beach area of Destin, FL. This area is relatively low density, but close to some of the finest attractions, restaurants and shopping in the area.
From these upscale condos you can view the gorgeous clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your front balcony, and relax with the view of a tranquil lake from your back balcony. Just steps from your front door, you can take a quick dip or sunbathe by the beautiful pool or enjoy the grill and picnic area. For your stroll to the sugary white sands of the beach or a picnic at the park shelter, take the short walk through the convenient tunnel to the other side of the two lane road. Miles of a pedestrian/bicycle pathway are also steps from the villa, and bicycle rentals are available nearby.
Both units are completely furnished and each have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen (dishes, cookware, utensils, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, toaster, coffeemaker, tea pot, blender, linens), bath towels and bed linens (bring your own beach towels), three TV’s with cable, free Wi-Fi, two DVD/VCR players, stereo, two telephones, answering machine, air conditioning and heating, three ceiling fans, books, games and movies to view, ample free parking, and numerous other amenities.
The second floor unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper). There is a front balcony view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico and rear balcony view of the lake.
The ground floor unit has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and sleeps 7 (1 king bed, 1 bunk bed with twin top and full lower, 1 queen sofa sleeper). There is a front porch view of the pool and rear balcony view of the lake.
There is an inside “lockout door” between the condos that allows the units to be rented separately or together for great friends and family get-togethers!
PLEASE: NO SMOKING, NO PETS. RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT OVER 25.
Numerous water and beach activities, including swimming, surfing, boating, fishing, parasailing, windsurfing, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkeling and diving, beach volleyball, kayaking, and more are available. Several world class golf courses and sports complexes are nearby. There are wonderful sightseeing areas, ecotourism, state parks and forests, Scenic Highway 30A resorts and shops, and much more!
Shopping is available at one of the largest designer outlet malls in the country, various upscale shopping complexes and many boutiques and other fine stores.
Dining options are numerous at more than 100 eateries to suit everyone’s price range and taste buds. There are frequent free concerts and entertainment activities throughout the year!
